Berlingske has written an article about the maternity network, “Inspired Beyond Babies”, which is one of the offers that PA employees on maternity or paternity leave receive at PA in Denmark.

PA Consulting’s people and talent expert, Iben Träff Christoffersen says:

Maternity leave is an important parameter for talent retention, but it is not only the financial conditions that are important. As a company, we must invest in our employees both before and during their leave and offer them development opportunities and ensure good onboarding once they return. In this way, we are able to send a clear signal to employees that maternity leave is not seen as an obstacle to their career.”
