Martin Walker joins PA Consulting as a financial services partner in Sweden

PA Consulting (PA) is pleased to announce Martin Walker as a new partner within Financial Services in the Swedish market. His appointment is part of the firm’s investment in continued growth in the financial sector in Sweden.

Martin has more than 10 years of experience working within financial services. He was most recently interim CIO and Head of Data for the Nordic KYC utility – Invidem – a new joint venture formed by 6 Nordic banks, where he led the design and development of a new KYC Data platform and associated IT. Prior to that, he was Chief information architect at Nordea. With 10 years in various senior positions at Deloitte before that, he also has a good understanding of the management consultancy industry.

Martin is an expert in the area of data management and analytics and has led numerous complex digital, data and analytics initiatives within regulated environments. In addition to his most recent work within risk, regulatory and compliance, he also has client delivery experience from large scale transformation projects involving system change and outsourcing.
