Re-architected, redesigned and re-platformed on a new CMS. User sessions have tripled from 7m to 21m in the last two years, and unique visitors doubled from 4m to 8m since launch.
Our digital experts have helped Nuffield Heath deliver over 750,000 passes, creating over 45,000 new members, generating significant (tens of millions) in additional revenue over two years.
We’ve enabled prospects to join online - generating substantial revenue within 18 months. And we’ve designed and built a class booking app - attracting over 40,000 users in just 6 weeks.
We’ve also enabled critical services to be booked and paid for online – with over 1m digital bookings now made every single month – for gym classes, physio appointments, health MOTs, personal training, nutrition, beauty, pathology and hospital consultants.
We’ve delivered over 17 system integrations – from identity management systems, membership databases and CRM systems through to practice management software, payment gateways, clinical algorithms and booking engines.
