A leading agency is investing heavily in developing their digital capabilities. Their ambitious strategy aims to use technology to build closer connections with employers and candidates. One priority is to use insight from data to customise what the agency offers both groups.
Our digital and data science experts worked closely with the agency to develop a range of algorithms and applications to demonstrate the impact data-driven tools can have. Together, we created an app to help sales agents understand when clients are most likely to be receptive to a sales call. The app uses data from internal and external sources to make its predictions – which are proving to be right in over 90 per cent of cases. Sales agents using the app have secured meetings with two and half times more clients than before they had it. As a result, the agency has more vacancies to offer candidates. Clients, for their part, feel the agency intuitively understands their needs.
