Arbejdernes Landsbank is one of Denmark’s best-known and most trusted retail banks. As part of its growth strategy, Arbejdernes Landsbank acquired Vestjysk Bank. As part of this acquisition, the requirement for Arbejdernes Landsbank was to meet new regulatory compliance while maintaining its customer-centric culture. We developed an overarching risk and control governance structure in place for the two banks all the while allowing for the banks to operate each their separate business models.

Dutch bank Rabobank was looking to design and implement a new data and analytics capability. PA Consulting’s data and analytics experts helped Rabobank to take control of their employee data and build a greater level of insight for their HR team.

Over the course of eight weeks, our diverse team of experts embedded itself in the heart of the Research Operations Office at the University of Cambridge, improving staff engagement and setting out a clear path to positive outcomes.

With over 50,000 vulnerable people shielding at home during the COVID-19 pandemic, Hampshire County Council urgently needed to understand their support needs. In just seven days, we developed and launched a Wellbeing Automated Call Service (WACS), dramatically enhancing the council’s capacity to do this.

We collaborated with PGIM Fixed Income, a business unit of PGIM, the global asset management business of Prudential Financial, Inc., to enable the technology team to adopt more agile ways of working to support business growth in the complex, volatile marketplace.

Working through our Argenti partnership, our innovative approach to technology-enabled care, we delivered an end-to-end care technology service on behalf of Essex County for three years. Over this period, we increased referrals by 150 per cent, delivered financial benefits worth more than £6.5 million and garnered 99 per cent positive feedback from service users.
