We used our Perfect Cost Grid methodology to help a multinational tech firm identify key levers it could use to drive supplier negotiations and achieve significant cost savings for years to come.

As a result of the Internet of Things (IOT), Rentokil has the ability to monitor a customer’s location 24/7 and have real-time updates on any infestation. This enables Rentokil to provide a more pro-active pest management service based on customer needs.

We helped a nuclear operator to apply digital-twin concepts to model critical processes at its site. Digital twins enable the nuclear operator to use automation and AI to predict maintenance requirements and lower costs, prepare for the time when the site needs to purchase steam power and work towards reducing nearly 100,000 tons of CO2 generated each year.

With our help, the UK is set to enhance its strategic status in the global spaceflight market. The new regulatory model aims to protect the public, safeguard the environment and maintain the UK’s reputation for safety.

The Crown Prosecution Service in England and Wales prosecutes almost half a million cases every year, working closely with the courts, police, defence teams and probation. We redesigned the way the CPS could manage cases in the future to support a major investment in digital capability and enable the Criminal Justice System to operate more smoothly for everyone.
