Our digital and innovation experts worked with Cardia and Respect, two residential care organisations in the Netherlands, to bring innovative data products that will reduce time spent on administration so carers can focus on caring.

Using PA Consulting’s Innovation Growth Framework, we helped the Norwegian Ski Federation embrace modern trends to reach new audiences. This includes launching new events around modern ski formats such as freestyle, to developing existing competitions to create a richer offer in tune with what young people want.

PA Consulting established an innovative framework to transform its IT portfolio management, increasing satisfaction rates among internal customers.

Around the world, regulators are placing an increased priority on financial services firms’ operational resilience. T. Rowe Price, a global investment manager, wanted to proactively prepare for UK regulatory requirements, while developing a culture of resilience across the firm. We helped them to meet UK requirements for five services in just 14 weeks and empowered internal teams to independently address the remaining services with new skills.

When AstraZeneca embarked on an Agile transformation of its IT change portfolio we supported the transformation with organisational change management expertise, Agile transformation strategy, training and coaching.
