Tanja Juul Christiansen joins PA Consulting (PA), the consultancy that’s bringing ingenuity to life, as a partner in its Financial Services team with a special focus on People and Change.

Tanja will help companies build organisations that are fit for the future, focussing on everything from corporate identity and purpose, corporate culture and leadership, diversity and inclusion, performance management and workforce transformation.

Tanja brings over 18 years’ experience in advising and supporting clients in building sustainable organisations across industries. She has deep expertise in organisational change and has led the design and implementation of culture change programs and operating models as well as carried out extensive leadership development and communication advisory.

Tanja holds a Ph.D. in Corporate Culture and Communication and an MA in Rhetoric, and she is the co-author of the book, The Power of Speech.
