Next generation utility workforce: the new energy resource

Significant infrastructure investments are required over the next decade and during this time, much of the utility workforce is expected to retire or leave the industry. Utilities are already struggling to build infrastructure with the limited existing workforce.

In this changing regulatory, technology and innovation landscape, utilities have an opportunity to shape their next generation workforce by lining up a workforce to fill this retirement gap that has the capabilities to deliver the products and services of the future.
