Springboard privacy policy

Privacy notice (Springboard Program)

PA Consulting Group Inc (“PA”) is running the Springboard Program in-person from July 31st to August 4th, 2023.

For you to apply to take part in the program, we need to collect your data from this registration form and analyze it. PA will process your data to progress your participation in the program. During the program, PA may also take photos and videos of you participating in the program and may use these photos and videos within PA and externally, for example on PA’s corporate social media.

PA will share the information you give us within the PA group of companies, including the PA Foundation, with your parent/guardian you name in the registration form, with your teacher/school and with other third parties who provide PA with back-office services (e.g. such as the third party provider of the platform on which the program will be run). When we share the information, we will give clear instructions on what the third party can and cannot do with your data, and we will also instruct them on when to delete your data from their systems. We will not share your data with anyone else, and only PA will use your details to contact you. Our data is held in systems which are accessible in all of our PA office locations, and your data may be accessed from those locations.

We will use your data to keep in contact with you during the program and for specific events after the end of the program. We will delete your data twelve months after the end of the program and will retain the promotional photos and videos for ten years after the end of the program. Your data is subject to our privacy policy.

PA Consulting Group Inc is a management and technology consulting business, located at Tower Point, 6th Floor, 27-43 Wormwood St, Boston, MA 02210, USA. PA training course terms and conditions

This is a legal agreement between you (and your parent/guardian if you are under 18 years of age) and PA Consulting Group Inc.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST NOT REGISTER FOR OR PARTICIPATE IN THE TRAINING COURSE.

Eligibility and registration process

You must be 14 years of age or older to register and participate in the training course. Once your registration has been successfully processed by PA, you will receive an e-mail confirming your place on the course, the name of the course, course timing, and, for online courses, an e-mail invitation with a URL link to the training course platform.

How the training course is delivered

The training course and training materials will be delivered by PA to you via the internet or in-person at PA facilities or a combination of the two.

The training course is free

PA will not charge you for attending the training course or accessing the training materials (provided that you comply with this agreement).

Your use of training materials

PA may provide you with access to training materials, in electronic or hard copy format. You acknowledge that PA (and PA’s licensors) own all intellectual property rights in the training materials. The training materials are licensed (not sold) to you. You are allowed to use the training materials to participate in the training course and for your personal use. You are not permitted to make commercial use of the training materials. You are not allowed to make copies of the training materials (except where necessary as part of your participation in the course). You are not allowed to alter the training materials. You may not publish the training materials. You are not allowed to let any other person use the training materials. You agree to comply with any other license terms printed on the training materials. You may not make any photo, video or audio recording of the training course.

You give PA consent to taking publicity photos and videos

You agree that PA may take photographs and videos of you participating in the training course and use those images for PA’s marketing purposes (both within PA and publicly, such as on PA’s corporate social media). You consent to PA using your image in this way and without any further compensation to you.

How PA handles your personal information.

Personal information collected by PA when processing and administering your registration for the training course and information PA collects when delivering the training course is subject to PA’s privacy policy and the privacy notice provided with the registration form.

Your participation in the training course is at your cost (including any grant monies received from third parties) and at your risk

You will make your own arrangements at your own cost to attend the training course (for example, you will pay for your own internet and computer facilities to connect to online courses and your own travel expenses to get to in-person courses). You release and indemnify PA and all PA group companies from all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses that you may have against PA arising in connection with your participation in the training course and use of the training materials.

PA may make changes to the training course. PA may amend or cancel the training course at any time without giving you prior notice.

Ending your participation in the training course

PA may refuse to process your registration form or cancel your registration at any time and at PA’s sole discretion. You may end your participation in the training course by emailing PA at the email address used by PA for your registration confirmation email. In both of these situations, this agreement will continue to apply.

How to communicate with PA

The best way to communicate with PA is through the email address PA used to confirm your place on the course. Alternatively, you can contact PA through the PA website.

How to resolve disputes

If there is a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, you or PA may refer it to the courts for resolution, provided those courts are located in the State of New York. The agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
