Three PA experts will be addressing key issues at this year's Internet World UK 2003 and one of its co-located events, Mobile Enterprise 2003, from 3-5 June at London's Earls Court.

Internet World is the definitive Internet business event in the UK, with six integrated shows and 250 exhibitors. PA is presenting three seminars, on Web Services, Regional Portals and Government, and Mobile Data in the Emergency Services.

• A Bluffer's Guide - demystifying Web Services and what the corporate needs to know

  Web Services are some of the most talked about innovations of the past few years but, in common with a lot of new technology, it's difficult to pin down exactly what they are and how they can be put to use.
