PA Consulting welcomes Jessica Smith to its Defence and Security team

PA Consulting (PA), the global innovation and transformation consultancy, has appointed Jessica Smith as a Partner in its Defence and Security team. Jessica will work with defence and national security organisations to tackle complex people and workforce challenges, with a focus on strategic workforce planning and improving organisational performance.
Jessica has more than a decade of experience in working with defence and public sector organisations on their talent strategies. She joins PA from Oliver Wyman, where for the past three years she worked on a range of issues in support of the economic resilience of Ukraine. She started her career as a materials engineer and has a PhD in biomaterials from the University of Oxford.
