Melissa is an innovation strategy leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations unlock growth through new products, services, and customer experiences. Over the course of her career, she has focused on turning bold ideas into offerings that succeed in the market. Her work involves bringing to life a range of well-known products and experiences including new launches in food, pet, personal care, oral care, hotel loyalty programs, in store and online retail experiences, and hospitality.
At PA, Melissa will focus on strengthening the firm’s growth and innovation capabilities across the US Consumer and Manufacturing sectors. Her work will span early insight and ideation through to business modelling, design, and pathways to commercialization, helping clients develop and scale new offerings while improving efficiency and resilience across their existing portfolios.
