Appointment of Jon Hughes strengthens PA Consulting Group's Global Systems Integration and Solutions Group - 23 May 2001

PA Consulting Group, the international management, systems and technology consulting firm, today announced the appointment of Jon Hughes as a member of its Management Group. Mr Hughes joins PA's Global Systems Integration and Solutions Group where he will specialise in transforming businesses to operate successfully in the new digital economy.

Jon joins PA from e-business consultancy, Zefer, where he was UK Managing Director. Prior to Zefer, Jon worked for Ernst and Young as an Executive Consultant where he was a key member of the Programme Management Team running complex change programmes.

Before becoming a consultant, Jon spent ten years working within high technology industries. He has directed key strategic change programmes for a number of organisations and specialises in managing multi-disciplinary initiatives requiring successful co-ordination of people, process and technology strands.
