PA's Jonathon Cooper Bagnall has worked with the MCA to contribute to the second MCA Executive Report of 2008 focusing on Performance Improvement. This MCA report looks at the current state of play in outsourcing and offshoring in financial services and examines the lessons learnt so that they can be applied to the next generation of outsourcing and offshoring deals. The report examines the effectiveness of recent performance improvement initiatives and explores the options for those organisations striving to achieve further productivity gains. Research was conducted through interviews and an online survey.
