Graham Bell, PA's expert in communication and electronic systems will talk on LTE Intellectual Property Licensing and Fair, Reasonable and Non-Discriminatory Terms on 28 March at IIR's Mobile Broadband Asia 2011 event.

Graham Bell, expert in communication and electronic systems at PA Consulting Group, will talk on LTE Intellectual Property Licensing and Fair, Reasonable and Non-Discriminatory Terms (FRAND) on Mon 28 March (15.40hrs) at IIR's Mobile Broadband Asia 2011 event.

His talk will cover:

  • mapping the LTE licensing procedure - who do you pay and how much do they want?

  • revealing the number of patents that are actually essential and what to do with the rest

  • case study of definitional ambiguity of FRAND and the litigation process.

It will be of particular interest to IP licensors, in-house counsels and R&D managers.
