Martin Molloy joins PA Consulting Group’s IT transformation team

Martin Molloy joins PA Consulting Group as a senior member of the global IT transformation team. Martin is an expert in technology strategy and sourcing, and has extensive experience working with CIOs on large-scale organisational transformation projects in a range of industries, particularly consumer and manufacturing.

Martin previously worked at KPMG where he was a director in CIO Advisory and leader of the Technology Sourcing practice. Throughout his career, he has worked on a range of transformation programmes that have successfully created new organisations and secured significant cost savings. He also has experience across a wide range of sectors and earlier in his career worked at leading companies including BSkyB (Easynet), Nildram (a startup ISP), BT and Coca-Cola where he focused on customer service and service delivery in technology.

On his appointment, Martin says: “The role of the CIO is changing fast, from one which focuses on internal service delivery to one which is customer facing and supports revenue growth. Equally, the way in which IT is delivered is being transformed, so I’m really excited to be joining PA to build on its success and support CIOs to deliver real, effective change.”

Alan Young, head of PA’s global IT transformation team says: “We are pleased to welcome Martin who has joined us at an exciting time for our CIO clients. We are confident that Martin’s expertise will reinforce and develop our capabilities in IT sourcing around Agile and autonomics to really make the difference to the companies that we work with.”
