PA Consulting’s Karen Byer named ‘Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leader of the Year’
PA Consulting’s Karen Byer has been named ‘Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leader of the Year’ at the 2023 UK IT Industry awards, which celebrate the top achievements in the tech world over the previous 12 months.
Byer, an IT project manager at PA, received the award for her role as Chair of the Racial Inclusion and Social Equity (RISE) employee network at PA, where she’s supported colleagues from diverse backgrounds and fostered workplace allyship.

Steven Pritchard, security expert at PA, was also acknowledged in the awards by being highly commended in the ‘Security Professional of the Year’ category. Steven and his team’s work helps ensure PA is kept safe through both technical and educational measures.
