Justin will work with financial services organisations, specialty and reinsurance companies, and general insurers on navigating complex transformation and change programmes, modernising their operations, and responding to emerging industry risks and challenges.
Justin brings more than 36 years’ experience across the global insurance sector, spanning operations, strategy, technology, and transformation. He has held senior positions at organisations including Marsh, BCG, EY, and KPMG, helping the insurance market deliver large-scale change and improve business performance.
