Job description
PA is building a turnaround and restructuring practice to complement its existing services. The opportunity is to be a founding member of a new service line which the firm is focused on rapidly growing.
The initial team will be 5 – 10 people with a plan to grow to 25+ in the coming years. Candidates should be interested in building a practice, enjoy high-growth environments and coinciding challenges and opportunities, be willing to wear multiple hats, have a history of exceeding client expectations, have a can-do attitude during high-stress / short-deadline situations, and most importantly, be a team player.
Candidates will be expected to execute and originate. Execution leaders capable of overseeing and mentoring a delivery team while building an origination network will also be considered. We will be a small team initially and execution / BD responsibilities will be shared by all capable senior team members.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant restructuring / distressed experience in a professional service or consulting firm environment.
- Prior hands-on experience with a majority of the following: 13 week cash flow forecasts, business plan review, valuation, strategic alternatives analysis, interim management, operational improvement initiatives, claims analysis, bankruptcy reporting, due diligence, financial analysis, stakeholder negotiations, presentation/report development, forensic analysis, business development and client management
- Energy experience is a plus but not required.
- Denver, Boston, NYC or SF location is preferred but not required.

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay Transparency Act, PA is required to provide a reasonable salary range for this role. This salary range is specific to the State of Colorado and is commensurate with experience, market data, applicant skills, internal equity and/or degrees/certifications. Colorado Salary Range: Low: $132,000 - High: $206,000
