Job description

We are looking for skilled management consultants  – you are a consultant with a well-defined toolbox who is eager to continue and develop and cater to our clients’ needs. As our need is across the business, we are looking for consultants who have experience in both leading and supporting projects. Joining us will help drive your career forward and you will grow alongside your colleagues. You will become a part of a strong professional and global environment that will challenge you and give you the opportunity to develop professional and personal skills. Examples of project experience that would be highly relevant are;

• Strategy development
• New operating models, reorganisation
• Process development and operational excellence
• Digitalization programs and implementation

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience of working as a management consultant is considered a must
• Experienced in leading teams, projects and programs helping clients identifying business needs
• Excellent ability to solve complex problems
• Ability to understand business needs, drive C-level conversation and work with leaders across business and IT
• Ability to lead complex initiatives with use of a range of methodologies
• Structured in communication and implementation of initiatives
• Full proficiency in Scandinavian language

Meritorious should you have;

• Held roles such as project leader or program manager
