Our consulting leaders steer and direct experts from a broad mix of strategic advisory, innovation and transformation disciplines as well as industry experts with broad and deep experience of critical client issues in their sectors. They also work alongside multidisciplinary teams of technologists, clinicians, engineers, designers, data scientists, former military operators, and innovation experts across our Global Innovation and Technology Centre and network of studios to turn ideas into prototypes, products, platforms, and breakthrough solutions clients can actually use.

Joining PA as a leader

Our leadership assessment process consists of sessions with our leaders covering your expertise, competencies and a business plan presentation where we explore mutual fit and leadership impact.

You’ll meet a range of partners aligned to your areas of expertise, giving you a well‑rounded view of our leadership community and culture. The process focuses on business growth, leadership and culture, talent and capability building, market impact and innovation, and continuous self‑development.
