Consulting
We offer a Graduate Rotational Programme, open to graduates with a degree in any subject. What you studied is far less important than your passion for consulting. Over 18 months in our London office, you'll gain hands-on experience across a variety of consulting areas, helping you develop key skills and discover where your strengths and interests lie within the consulting industry.
As part of the Graduate Rotational Programme, you will join a multidisciplinary team to help our clients make key decisions and drive tangible impact. This programme offers the chance to develop and implement practical solutions that enable organisations to adapt to ever-changing market conditions - empowering you to deliver meaningful outcomes that move the world forward.

Digital
Digital transformation is accelerating change and growth across industries, opening new opportunities, and helping protect essential infrastructure. We're seeking curious, pioneering individuals to join our diverse digital team in London. As a graduate, you’ll drive innovation and make a real impact in healthcare, education, and financial services.
Our 18-month programme supports your development in both technical and consultancy skills, preparing you for a consultant analyst role upon completion.
Join our cyber security team to help clients build digital trust, protect data, and recover from cyber-attacks. Gain broad experience across the information security spectrum, develop key skills, and contribute to secure, resilient businesses. Applicants from all degree backgrounds welcome but a passion for and deep understanding of cyber security is expected.

Design, engineering, and science (DES)
Our expert teams of designers, engineers, and scientists are working in areas like health and life sciences, consumer and manufacturing, and defence and security to drive solutions to some of the toughest challenges of our day. We’re looking for graduates with boldness and vision to join us and help to make the impossible possible. You’ll get to work within our Global Innovation and Technology Centre (GITC) in Cambridgeshire, where we turn ingenious ideas into physical and digital reality. The GITC is a hub for innovators, using state of the art equipment.
As a Graduate Applied Physicist, you’ll develop sustainable materials, innovative sensors, and life-saving medical devices, directly impacting global challenges. You’ll collaborate with leading organisations, applying your physics (or related) degree, hands-on research skills, and passion for areas like optics, materials, or quantum systems to create real-world solutions that matter.
Join PA as an Applied Sciences Graduate, where you’ll tackle real-world projects in sustainability, healthcare, and technology – ranging from developing new materials and medical devices to scaling up innovative processes. Applicants should have, or be pursuing, an undergraduate degree in chemistry, biochemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, or a related subject.
Join our team to develop innovative software solutions using languages like C++, Python, C, or C#. Apply modern practices such as agile, TDD, and CI while working on embedded devices, cloud integration, IoT, advanced image processing, VR, and safety-critical applications in medical, defence, and transport sectors. Shape the future of technology with us. A degree in a related subject is expected.
Join us as Graduate Mechanical Engineer, where you’ll design, test, and build groundbreaking products. You’ll work hands-on in labs and workshops, develop new materials, assemble prototypes, and analyse product interactions. Applicants must hold an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related field.
Within mechanical engineering, I’ve worked on projects across multiple go-to-markets. I really value the exposure to engineering challenges I hadn’t encountered at university – it’s broadened my experience and kept things exciting.”

Human insights
In our research consultant programme, you’ll work within one of our specialist teams based in London, acquiring a foundational grounding in qualitative, quantitative, and/or digital community-based research. We have no prerequisites in terms of degree.
Join us as a Graduate Research and Insights Consultant, where you’ll design and deliver research projects, analyse data, and present actionable insights to inspire innovation. Engage with emerging trends in culture and technology, build compelling stories from findings, and develop your expertise in a dynamic, client-facing environment focused on customer experience and meaningful impact.
Since joining PA, I’ve been working on a growth opportunity which has allowed me to use mixed-method primary research to uncover insights and apply them in a framework that will enable the client to direct the future development of their platform.”
My projects have been incredibly varied. I’ve led in-person research in India for an alcohol brand, live-sketched at a client workshop to help make VR more inclusive, and had some great opportunities to be in front of senior stakeholders from day one.”
