PA Consulting welcomes Matvey Smirnov as a partner in Consumer and Manufacturing

Matvey Smirnov joins PA Consulting (PA), the consultancy that’s bringing ingenuity to life, as a partner in PA’s Consumer and Manufacturing practice with an alignment to the Applied Sciences capability. Matvey will support the development of PA’s work within the consumer goods and food manufacturing industries.

Matvey brings 25 years’ experience in the food industry, having worked in senior roles in supply chain and R&D. He has spent the majority of his career working for PepsiCo in global and regional roles, within multiple consumer categories.

Matvey’s expertise lies in product and packaging innovations and optimisation, R&D strategy and portfolio management, as well as R&D process excellence. He has led cutting edge projects in by-product valorisation, sustainability, and building and testing business models in areas such as personalised nutrition.

PA’s consumer experts help clients create innovative and sustainable solutions, reinvent manufacturing processes and develop smart, connected supply chains. Their capabilities extend from market insight and taking products from creative design through development and launch, to finding new ways to connect brands with consumers.
