PA Consulting (PA) announced today that it has achieved Amazon Web Services (AWS) Migration Competency status. This designation recognises that PA provides the deep expertise to help customers move successfully to AWS, through all phases of complex migration projects, discovery, planning, migration, and operations.
Achieving the AWS Migration Competency differentiates PA as an AWS Partner that provides specialised demonstrated technical proficiency and proven customer success with a specific focus on Migration Delivery & Migration Consulting. To receive the designation, AWS Partners must possess deep AWS expertise and deliver solutions seamlessly on AWS.

The Migration Competency status reinforces PA's ambition and ability to become cloud specialists with AWS. This partner qualification will build on other competencies such as PA’s DevOps Services competency and memberships in Well Architected Design for industries such as Central Government. PA now holds 12 partner accreditations, reflecting its Premier Tier status – AWS's highest level. PA’s continued work in this space was also recognised last year, when it was awarded AWS EMEA Collaboration Partner of the Year 2022.
