PA Consulting awarded Gold in UK Armed Forces Covenant’s Employment Recognition Scheme

PA Consulting (PA), the global innovation and transformation consultancy, has been re-awarded Gold status in the UK Armed Forces Covenant’s Employment Recognition Scheme (ERS).
The scheme acknowledges UK employers that provide exceptional support to the Armed Forces community and defence, and the Gold award is the highest honour that employers can attain.
The renewal marks PA’s second consecutive five-year term for this award and underscores the company’s enduring commitment to serving personnel, reservists, veterans, and military families. Led by PA’s Military Network (MilNet), the re-award reflects the firm’s sustained support for the Armed Forces community and its ongoing advocacy for the value that service leavers and reservists bring to industry.
To mark the occasion, PA hosted a signing event at its offices in London Victoria. Lieutenant General Sir Tom Copinger-Symes KCB CBE of the British Army attended the ceremony, alongside PA’s CEO Christian Norris, who re-signed the Covenant on behalf of the firm. The event also included a short presentation from PA’s MilNet team, highlighting the impact and progress of PA’s varied Armed Forces initiatives.
