PA Consulting (PA), the global innovation and transformation consultancy, has welcomed James Houlton as a Partner in its Energy and Utilities team in the UK.
At PA, James will focus on supporting the UK energy transition by leveraging technology. He is particularly passionate about driving cross-sector collaboration to help the industry meet Clean Power 2030 and Net Zero 2050 targets.
James brings more than 20 years of technology leadership experience, having held key roles in industry at Siemens, National Grid, Severn Trent Water, and Cadent Gas. More recently, he has spent time at AWS, Mesh-AI, and Accenture, with a specific focus on data and AI. James is also a member of the National Energy System Operator (NESO) Technology Advisory Council.
