Become part of the team
This is an exciting opportunity for a versatile and proactive marketing manager to support PA’s global sectors – Energy, Utilities and Transport - and to help deliver high-impact marketing activity across our Nordics region (Denmark, Norway and Sweden).
Based in Norway and sitting within our global marketing organisation, you will work closely with sector marketing leads, regional leadership, subject-matter experts, and our inhouse creative, digital and PR teams to activate compelling campaigns that grow our presence, strengthen client relationships, and elevate PA’s brand across the Nordics.
This includes shaping local execution of global priorities, tailoring campaigns for regional audiences, and helping amplify the profiles of key regional leaders - driving both awareness and commercial impact.
We’re looking for a curious, resilient marketer with excellent stakeholder skills and strong commercial instincts - someone who thrives in a professional services environment, can navigate complex organisations, and is energised by the opportunity to build a brand in a growing region.
Responsibilities include
Strategy & Planning
- Contribute to the development of global sector marketing strategies by sharing insights from local business priorities, client needs, and key relationships.
- Identify and shape sector‑specific marketing opportunities across Energy & Utilities and Transport, translating global priorities into impactful regional plans.
Integrated Campaign Delivery
- Localise and execute integrated campaigns across events, digital channels, PR, social media, and partnerships - ensuring global messaging resonates with Nordics audiences.
- Shape and adapt compelling points of view with sector experts to ensure relevance in the Nordics market.
- Support the creation of buyer journeys and campaign workflows tailored to Nordics audiences.
- Collaborate with digital and content teams to develop and activate compelling sector-led and regionally relevant content across web, social, email and paid channels.
Brand Building & Regional Profile
- Strengthen PA’s brand presence across Denmark, Norway and Sweden, ensuring all marketing activity aligns with PA’s purpose and values.
- Build and execute visibility strategies for PA’s key regional leaders (e.g., thought leadership, speaking opportunities, social amplification, media engagement).
- Act as a trusted marketing advisor to sector leaders and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment with global brand and marketing best practice.
Marketing Operations
- Manage marketing budgets, reporting and KPIs for campaign activity, contributing to global marketing performance tracking.
- Contribute to CRM accuracy, audience development, and performance reporting to support account-based marketing and regional pipeline growth.
- Track, measure and optimise campaign performance, using insights to refine future activity.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Shape and execute impactful client events and executive roundtables that deepen relationships, showcase PA’s expertise, and support priority account growth.
- Support priority account and client development activities through targeted, issue-led marketing.
- Build strong internal networks across sector teams, country leadership, and wider global marketing functions to ensure alignment and maximise impact.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally in professional services, consulting, or a related sector.
- Strong experience delivering integrated campaigns across digital, events, PR and content.
- Proactive, highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines while working collaboratively.
- Strong team player with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
- Creative and analytical approach, with interest in testing new ideas and improving performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence working across multiple teams and seniority levels.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in or familiarity in the Nordics market.
- Knowledge of Energy & Utilities and/or Transport sector is beneficial but not essential.
