Job description
PA Consulting is entering an exciting new chapter. Following Jacobs’ acquisition of PA Consulting in 2026, we are now part of a global advisory and technology-enabled solutions powerhouse. Together with Jacobs, we are combining deep strategic, innovation and transformation expertise with global scale and delivery capability - creating new opportunities for our people and delivering even greater impact for our clients. Building on several years of strong growth, high client satisfaction and a clear purpose, we are now looking for more consultants to join us on the journey ahead.
As a consultant at PA, you will be part of a local, Nordic and global environment, working on some of the most interesting and complex projects in the financial sector in Denmark. You will primarily work from our Copenhagen office, close to the headquarters of many of our Danish clients.
As part of our Risk & Regulation team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Be trained in PA’s methods and tools and use them to deliver tailored, high‑impact solutions for our clients
- Support clients in developing and strengthening their approaches to risk management, compliance and financial crime prevention
- Join a high‑performing, purpose‑driven team with strong collaboration and knowledge‑sharing
- Be supported by senior risk professionals who act as dedicated coaches and career development partners
- Work in an interdisciplinary consultancy, contributing to projects across sectors and capabilities
- Continue to develop as a consultant in line with your career ambitions - from Consultant to Senior Consultant and beyond
- Play an active role in the continued development and growth of our Risk & Regulation team
- Maintain a healthy work‑life balance, supported by managers who prioritise wellbeing and sustainable ways of working
We believe value is created through close collaboration - working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with our clients. You will be part of an international environment where teamwork, sparring and continuous feedback are key. We also place strong emphasis on learning and professional development, ensuring you stay at the forefront of developments in risk, compliance and financial crime through training and certifications. We are therefore looking for curious, motivated individuals who enjoy solving complex challenges and continuously building new knowledge.
Your employment at PA begins with a thorough onboarding. From day one, you will be assigned a manager and a buddy who, together with you, will create a development plan tailored to your experience, skills and aspirations.
Qualifications
Due to high and increasing demand for advisory services within risk management, compliance and financial crime prevention, we are strengthening our team. We are looking for professionals who want to grow their consulting career in a dynamic, expanding environment.
We are seeking Consultants to Senior Consultants with 2–8 years of relevant experience, gained from management consulting, in‑house roles or project‑based work. You bring experience in one or more of the following areas: risk management, compliance, regulation, and financial crime prevention.
We believe you will be a strong fit if you recognise yourself in several of the following:
- Experience in risk management, compliance and/or financial crime prevention
- Prior consulting or advisory experience
