Do you want to help global brands transform their business through cutting-edge technology? Join our ERP & Digital Transformation practice and play a key role in driving programs and projects that matter. From Industrials and Manufacturing to Transport, Energy & utilities, and Consumer Products, you’ll work on initiatives that redefine how businesses operate.
You’ll be part of a close-knit global team, collaborating with colleagues across the Nordics, the Netherlands, the UK, Ireland, and the US—sharing expertise and learning from the best.
What you’ll do
Accelerate your consulting career with hands-on experience and early leadership opportunities. You’ll work on end-to-end transformation projects, take on challenging tasks, and grow your skillset fast. Expect to:
- Drive digital transformation from strategy through execution
- Map and design processes that enable technology-driven change
- Analyse requirements and identify gaps to shape solutions
- Own deliverables and timelines as part of PMO support
- Collaborate with senior consultants to lead organizational change
- Help clients realize business benefits through improved processes and governance
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in consulting or transformation projects
- Exposure to ERP initiatives (process design, supplier collaboration, testing, implementation)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- A genuine interest in technology-enabled business change
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
