The company turned to our team to help accelerate its expansion into the hospitality market, where its robots provide front-of-house guest deliveries for hotels, enhancing their service experience and improving efficiency, engagement, staff utilisation and worker safety.

Our team led the design and engineering of the T4G enclosure and user experience, and paired it to Aethon’s existing autonomous mobile base, which can navigate narrow hotel corridors and passageways to deliver room service, pick up packages and turn everyday hotel services into memorable guest experiences.
