Recognising our success

In 2025, we embarked on an exercise to assess our inclusion programme through a number of third party and external accreditation, assessments and benchmarks.

In 2025, our UK business was recognised by Stonewall as a Top Global Employer for our commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusion and awarded Sliver in the Global Workplace Equality Index. Stonewall is a leading charity in the UK dedicated to promoting equality and human rights for LGBTQ+ individuals, working towards a world where everyone is free to be themselves. Their Global Index is the leading benchmark tool for LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion. Earning Sliver means we are making meaningful progress in creating inclusive workplaces across our international footprint – from policy and training to visibility and community support.

This recognition reflects the hard work, passion, and allyship shown across our teams and regions, building a culture where everyone feels safe, valued, and empowered to bring their whole selves to work, no matter where they are in the world.

Our Danish business also received certification from LGBT+ Danmark in 2025. LGBT+ Danmark is Denmark's largest and most established political organisation for the LGBTQ+ community. LGBT+ Danmark’s Rainbow Certification recognises employers who have made a commitment to a safe and inclusive workplace, demonstrated by meeting concrete requirements such as visible LGBTQ+ information, inclusive policies, and active participation in inclusion initiatives.

How we’re driving progress

Creating an inclusive environment for our LGBTQ+ colleagues and communities

Learning with Pride

We work closely with our Pride Network to deliver a series of activities that span the year and aren’t just limited to Pride Month. The network has delivered a range of engaging learning content including an interactive learning programme to demystify some of the terminology and identities that exist in the LGBTQ+ community. The content is interactive and personal and helps our people to better understand the various spectrums that make up our LGBTQ+ community.

Joining in allyship

We encourage people from across PA to join in acts of allyship towards the LGBTQ+ community. We run workshops on active allyship, and in 2025 ran a ‘One Word, One World’ campaign highlighting the importance of Pride to our LGBTQ+ community and allies.

Advocating for change

In 2025, representatives from our Pride Network took part in Pride parades in Denver (US), Belfast (Northern Ireland), and Wicklow (Republic of Ireland). PA people from 15 offices hosted in-person comedy events in their region, using the power of comedy to raise awareness and challenge homophobia, biphobia, and transphobia. In 2025, we sponsored the LGBTQ+ Defence Awards, which drives greater LGBTQ+ visibility across the UK’s Armed Forces and related industries. For the second year in a row, we were recognised as finalists in the ‘Network of the Year’ category.

Building local partnerships

We have an established partnership with LGBT+ Danmark. We have used this platform to advocate for improvements to workplace LGBTQ+ inclusion through sharing our own practice and learning with other employers across the Nordics region. We also continue to partner with Stonewall to support our work on LGBTQ+ inclusion in the UK.
