John was appointed Chairman of PA in April 2018. John is non-executive Chairman of ERM, the world's leading environmental and sustainability consulting firm, having previously served as its CEO for nine years. ERM was acquired in 2015 in a further leveraged buy-out by the management team/Partners of ERM together with OMERS and AIMCo, two Major Canadian Pension Funds. John is also Chairman of HKA, one of the world's leading construction industry claims consulting businesses, that was formed following a management buyout, supported by Bridgepoint Capital in 2017. John is a Graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program and holds a BSc in Geophysics and an MSc in Hydrogeology. He is also a long-term supporter and Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.

Ken joined PA in 2018 before being elected CEO in 2020. He previously led the growth of our Americas business and our activity within the energy and utilities, healthcare and life sciences sectors.
Before joining PA, Ken led the global consulting team at Infosys and, before that, Capgemini’s North America business.

Ruairidh joined PA in 2008 and, following a period away, re-joined in 2017 as chief financial officer with responsibility for the financial leadership and management of the firm. He has held senior positions in several private-equity backed and corporate businesses, including Ten10 Group, The Ambassador Theatre Group and Medco. Ruairidh qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC.

Kully joined PA in 1997 and was appointed as PA's Group Company Secretary in 2007. He has been instrumental in managing complex corporate transactions and shareholder reorganisations in that time, and is responsible for advising the board on legal compliance and governance matters. Before joining PA, Kully qualified as a chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand, and he holds an LLB Hons degree in law from King's College London.

Steve is Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Jacobs, leading a team of 55,000 employees focused on challenging today to reinvent tomorrow to build a more connected, sustainable world. Steve has steered a profound reshaping of Jacobs’ business portfolio, operations and culture. Under his leadership, the firm has accelerated profitable growth and transformed into the leading, next-generation solutions provider by tackling some of the world’s biggest challenges for thriving cities, resilient environments, mission-critical outcomes, operational advancement, scientific discovery and cutting-edge manufacturing.

Putting culture at the top of the agenda at Jacobs, Steve has personally championed inclusion and diversity and transformed the executive leadership team to 50% female. He has also driven sustainability into the culture with the launch of PlanBeyond, Jacobs’ sustainability strategy; becoming a signatory of the U.N. Global Compact; and publishing Jacobs’ global Climate Action Plan.

With more than 35 years in leadership roles across a range of industries, Steve earned his BA in Chemical Engineering at Tufts University. In addition to serving on Jacobs’ Board, Steve serves on the board for FirstEnergy Corp. He is also a CEO member of the Male Champions of Change, the Co-Chair of the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) Infrastructure and Urban Development Governors, and a member of WEF’s Alliance of CEO Climate Leaders.

Kevin is President and Chief Financial Officer for Jacobs. He manages all aspects of corporate finance including accounting, investor relations, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, global business services, tax, information technology and real estate functions. In addition, he also oversees corporate communications, internal audit, enterprise business services and digital information technology. Previously, Kevin was EVP and CFO at International Flavors and Fragrances Inc., an S&P 500 company and global creator of flavors and fragrances used in a wide variety of consumer products. Prior to that he worked at Nestle for 25 years where he held various financial and operational roles including Treasury, M&A, Strategic Planning and CFO of Nestle’s largest acquisition, Ralston Purina.

Kevin earned his BA in Economics from Occidental College and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he serves as a Board member for the Center for Global Management. Kevin is also a founding member of the UN Global Compact CFO Task Force for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Bob is President and Chief Operating Officer of Jacobs, where he oversees the global operations of the Critical Mission Solutions and People & Places Solutions lines of business, generating $14 billion in revenue. His tenure at Jacobs has been defined by his efforts leading enterprise-wide transformation, which directly led to material improvement in the company’s profitability and market leadership. A highlight on this journey was Bob’s leadership of the CH2M acquisition, a $5 billion diversified technical services deal that catalysed Jacobs’ strategic growth and set the benchmark for large acquisitions in the engineering consulting sector.

Bob is deeply passionate about fostering an inclusive workplace that invites colleagues to bring their whole selves to work. He is the Executive Sponsor for the Jacobs Careers Network and is a regular participant in all of Jacobs’ employee network events. He is also a strong advocate for Jacobs’ Beyond If – the company’s program for instilling and sustaining an innovation culture that empowers people at every level of the organization to approach problems differently, and work together to create outcomes that deliver value for our clients and society at large.

Bob graduated from the United States Naval Academy and began his Naval career as a Civil Engineer Corps and Seabee Officer, rising to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. He earned his MSc in engineering and management from Stanford University.

Alan joined PA in 1988. He led the firm as Chief Executive Officer for 13 years after successful periods in charge of PA's IT, strategy and financial services businesses. Alan has extensive consulting experience, particularly in financial and professional services, and has worked with industry-leading clients around the world, ranging from start-ups to multinationals. Alan studied at Edinburgh and Stanford Universities. He has a degree in electronic and electrical engineering, is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology and of the Chartered Management Institute.
