PA worked closely with the client team, capitalising on combined strengths and areas of expertise. Through a series of workshops and one-to-one meetings, PA identified group goals and individual needs, diplomatically overcoming any stakeholder issues and conflicts during the process.
PA supported the development of a new commissioning regime within NHS London. Working close together with NHS London and its stakeholders, PA devised a new approach and assurance process which would ensure genuine stakeholder buy-in, and that each sector had the capabilities to function successfully before the transfer of responsibilities.
With PA’s help, NHS London successfully implemented the new regime within the required timescales. The approach has since been recognised as good practice and used for other initiatives across the NHS.
