Paolo Seresini joins PA Consulting (PA), the consultancy that’s bringing ingenuity to life, as a partner in PA’s Consumer and Manufacturing practice. Paolo will support the development of new propositions and innovations for PA’s clients.
Paolo brings 25 years’ experience in the consumer goods industry, and joins PA following a number of senior executive positions in high profile companies within the FMCG value chain including Unilever, Essity, Princes Food, TetraPak and McBride.
In his most recent role, Paolo was Group Marketing Director at McBride, where he led a series of strategic initiatives across the product management and commercial areas, leading to the implementation of new processes and capabilities alongside some first-to-market product innovations. Prior to McBride, Paolo specialised in marketing at TetraPak and brought disruptive packaging and product format innovations to market in partnership with customers across the food and beverage industry.

Their capabilities extend from market insight and taking products from creative design through development and launch, to finding new ways to connect brands with consumers.
