PA Consulting welcomes Matt Whalley as a partner in financial services

Matt Whalley joins PA Consulting (PA), the consultancy that’s bringing ingenuity to life, as a partner in its financial services practice. Matt specialises in the intersection of architecture and digital delivery, bringing together PA’s broad range of complementary capabilities to help clients deliver complex digital transformation at scale.

Matt brings over 20 years’ experience in driving business value for clients using technology, primarily working with CTOs, CIOs and their teams to help shape their roadmaps and transition their business vision into robust, pragmatic technology solutions.

Matt first joined PA in 2006, where he carried out advisory and delivery Enterprise Architect and System Architect roles for a number of clients including energy and utility businesses, public sector organisations and early phase start-ups.

Matt returns to PA from BJSS, where he was Head of Client Services and led a portfolio of key clients in the equity release, banking, betting & gaming and retail markets, supporting them to deliver their business objectives.
