PA Consulting Group Middle East has reinforced its regional project management team with the appointment of Morten Meltinis as an expert with specific top level experience in IT transformation management.
Based at the Group’s Dubai office, Meltinis has nine years of business intelligence and consultancy experience in his native Denmark, most recently with Deloitte Consulting.
His main area of expertise is within project management, and more specifically in the area of IT transformation management, helping clients to start, improve or complete the process of changing their business procedures by implementing new or changed IT systems.
With a BSc in Computer Science and Business Administration and a M.Sc. in International Business, both from Copenhagen Business School, Meltinis also has certifications and experience within several different project models, including PRINCE2® and Scrum.

Among his key client achievements to date was the development of an application for maintenance of the rules forming the base of municipal co-financing in Denmark for the Danish health and medicines authority.
