PA Consulting, the consultancy that’s bringing ingenuity to life, today announces Julianne Antrobus as its Global Head of Nuclear. Julianne will further develop PA’s nuclear expertise across the UK, Europe and the US. Julianne continues to drive forward PA’s innovation and technology capabilities within the sector. The announcement further demonstrates PA’s focus on Nuclear and its central role in the path towards a carbon-neutral UK by 2050.

Julianne has over 20 years’ experience in the nuclear sector, with a focus on developing transformational growth strategies and helping organisations to become global players. Some of her notable clients include the UK’s Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, and Global Nuclear Utilities. Before joining PA, Julianne led the strategic and business development of nuclear services, products and technology portfolio at Atkins, an engineering and design company.

Chris Sheryn, operational excellence lead at PA Consulting, says: “We’re delighted to announce Julianne as PA’s global head of nuclear. PA is unique in its ability to combine operational excellence and leading technology with enduring results. I’m confident that Julianne will do a great job in helping clients diversify their energy mix and transform into more sustainable organisations.”

Julianne Antrobus, Global Head of Nuclear at PA Consulting, says: “I’m thrilled to lead the PA team at such a pivotal time where the UK and global nuclear sector are at a tipping point. We know that Nuclear is an essential component of the energy mix and if it is to fulfil its ambition, it must become better at bringing innovation through into operational reality faster, more effectively, and more efficiently.

“The role of nuclear across the global energy market is incredibly important in moving towards a net-zero world. People, technology and ingenuity, are required to make sure that nuclear remains both a competitive and viable option for the future.”
