Kevin O’Shaughnessy has joined PA Consulting Group’s financial services team to lead its digital banking and insurance work. Kevin has over 20 years of financial services experience with companies including Standard Life, GE Capital, Royal London Group, Prudential, Egg, The AA, National Australia Bank and AXA.
At Standard Life, Kevin led a multi-year digital transformation programme that spanned their consumer, adviser, workplace and employee channels and included a mixture of business and technology related developments. While working in the banking sector, Kevin developed the digital capability for GE Capital’s mortgage, loans and credit card business. This included developing the company’s digital marketing and ecommerce capability.
In addition, Kevin led the development of the online channels for National Australia Bank’s Yorkshire and Clydesdale Bank businesses. Kevin has also developed successful digital businesses for the AA, AXA and has worked with a number of internet startup businesses to take them through funding and launch.
