Andy Hemsley joins PA Consulting, the consultancy that’s bringing ingenuity to life, as a partner in financial services to enhance the firm’s transformation expertise for banks, insurers and asset managers. Andy’s recent background is in complex business and technology change for clients including the Bank of England, Worldpay and the FCA. Prior to that he worked across Oil & Gas, Consumer Products, Telecoms, Government and Retail with Moorhouse Consulting, Project One Consulting and EY.
Andy specialises in working with clients to turn strategic objectives into actionable plans, aligning stakeholders and mobilising teams to deliver and implement leading practice across multiple regions, business units and functions to successfully shape and govern complex portfolios. He brings deep insight and experience across both business change and technology implementation, as well as pragmatic assurance. He has also led turnarounds to improve delivery performance and get struggling programmes back on track.
