Amanda Crouch joins PA Consulting Group

PA Consulting Group is delighted to announce that Amanda Crouch has joined its shared services and outsourcing practice. Amanda is a leading expert in building effective business collaborations and has extensive specialist experience of advising organisations on how to reduce the risks in their outsourcing relationships. Her appointment brings unique expertise to the sourcing practice and will further strengthen PA’s position as one of the leading shared services and outsourcing consultancies. 

Until recently, Amanda was CEO and founder of Global Business Partnership Alliance Ltd (GBPA) a research based advisory organisation focused on enabling organisations develop effective vital business engagements. During this time, she developed best practice approaches to relational governance particularly focused on outsourcing.  Over 250 organisations worldwide have participated in GBPA’s research to date and she has worked with organisations such as GE, Deutsche Bank and Royal Mail to implement relational best practice.

Amanda has over 20 years experience in leading worldwide research programmes focused on addressing CXO issues for Gartner, Forrester, CSC and the UK Government  and in IT management consulting working with a range of financial services organisations such as HSBC, Lloyds and Barclays.  

Amanda will provide expertise to help PA’s clients build effective business relationships, and minimize risks, in outsourcing and in their supply chain. She will also develop a new service focused on surfacing and implementing relational best practice, providing relational assessments and implementing relational governance processes that enable organisations to secure the full potential of their outsourcing partnerships through effective collaboration.
