Organizational and Talent Strategy Expert Radhika Philip joins PA Consulting
Organizational and Talent Strategy expert Radhika Philip has joined PA Consulting (PA), the consultancy that’s bringing ingenuity to life, as a Partner. Radhika will provide PA clients with organizational and talent strategy, design, and implementation services to enable transformations and transactions.
A strategic organizational and talent leader with over twenty five years of experience helping organizations align and realize change through people, Radhika brings a comprehensive and outcomes driven approach to transformations and transactions. At PA she will continue to strengthen our client services in six key areas: End-to end transaction support for mergers, joint ventures, divestitures and alliances; C-Suite and Board advisory services; Workforce Readiness for Transformations; Workplace and Workforce readiness for COVID; Culture and the Employee Experience; and Building Innovative teams.
Radhika joins PA from Milliman where she was a Managing Director, Organizational and People Strategies. Before that she served as an Executive Director in the People Advisory Services group at Ernst and Young. Radhika has conducted seminal research on improvisation and innovation and looks forward to sharing and developing her ideas with clients to spark creativity and transformation.
