Ministers ready to ignore £20m airports report

PA Consulting Group’s Chris Lynch, global head of aviation, is quoted in The Times ahead of the publication of Sir Howard Davies’ Airports Commission report. 

The article explains that the report is expected to recommend runway expansion at Heathrow but also suggest that Gatwick has attractions. However, according to the article, ministers are preparing to make clear that they will welcome the report without endorsing its findings.
