PA Consulting Group’s Inward Investment Track 50

June 2014

PA Consulting Group’s Inward Investment Track 50, which lists the 50 largest foreign employers in the UK, has been covered in over 30 regional and trade publications, following the announcement on Sunday 8 June in The Sunday Times.

The league table ranks overseas-headquartered multinationals by their UK staff number, highlighting this important area of the economy. The inaugural league table is sponsored by PA.

The East Anglian Daily Times reports: “The new listing, compiled by research company Fast Track, is sponsored by PA Consulting Group and supported by UK Trade & Investment. High profile names in the list include Santander, Ford and Siemens.”

The article says: “These are exciting times for UK inward investment and companies operating in the east show what can be achieved. Britain is making good progress, but there is more to be done. Companies must learn to focus on developing technology that can help a variety of sectors, rather than serving the industries they have typically worked with.”

The league table was also featured in Newcastle Journal, Insider News Yorkshire and Complete France, among others. Trade coverage included, Business Weekly, Farm Business, Facilities Management Journal and Hospitality and Catering News.
