The article notes that organizational agility allows companies to prosper, offering a higher and complete performance with positive benefits for clients, shareholders and employees. Organizational agility is an important factor in boosting financial performance, since it is the most relevant factor in responding to rapid technology, as well as the constant changes in the market.

PA's report showed that:

  • One in six respondents predict that they will fail in five years if they do not carry out a rapid and radical transformation.
  • Two thirds of leaders believe that their business model needs a rethinking.
  • 60% cite complex organizational structures that are slowing them down.
  • 72% list organizational agility as a strategic priority.
  • Business leaders are more concerned about the disruption of "digital natives" than traditional competitors.

Ken says: "Companies around the world face unprecedented disruption, but also opportunities. As radical change transforms the world we live in, organizations must evolve at their own pace. One out of every six companies we surveyed recognized that, unless they evolve, they run the risk of failing within five years. However, we see that the efforts of organizational agility transform well-established financial institutions, recognized companies and unconditional people of the industry, establishing the conditions that have made them suitable for the future."

Sam says: "At PA we believe in the power of ingenuity to build a positive human future in a world driven by technology. As a business leader at this time, we have never seen a better opportunity to adapt and transform; to truly understand the motivations of our clients, take advantage of the power of technology to create innovative products and services and find creative and effective ways to involve and train our people. We have seen first-hand how organizations can increase their numbers and deliver higher performance as a result of adopting these five perfectly achievable steps."
