Katharine Henley, people and talent expert at PA Consulting Group, is quoted in FT Ignites Europe, discussing the business case for taking mental welfare seriously.

Katharine says: “There is a clear business case for investing in training and support to give managers the skills to spot the warning signs of stress or depression.”

Katharine adds “Mental health is still an uncomfortable topic in many company cultures and continues to lag on most employers’ agendas. However, those that do not invest in health and wellness risk “falling behind competitors that do.”
