Training and development: Technology means wisdom is shared on demand

Clare Roberts, PA HR expert, is quoted in an article that addresses how technology is being used more frequently to aid training.

Clare says that for leaders, personal coaching and mentoring is more useful than technology. 

She goes on to say that human coaches help you to think, ask questions and listen to what you have to say: “It’s very personal, I don’t see how it could be done by technology,” says Clare.
