David Cherney, energy market expert at PA Consulting Group, discusses the Environmental Protection Agency’s move to repeal the Clean Power Plan, and the path forward for US power generators and utilities. 

David notes that many power generators baked a repeal by Trump's EPA into their strategic planning.

He adds: "We are likely to see (and have seen) the banner of climate leadership taken up by the clean energy inclined states — we are likely to continue to see more movement there."
