Cyber security

BBC World News

13 February 2015

PA Consulting Group’s Mark Skilton, a cyber security expert, is interviewed on BBC World News. Mark discusses US President Barack Obama’s request to private tech firms to share more information with government and with each other to tackle cyber crime.

Mark explains there should be more dialogue about the need for greater collaboration between government and tech companies such as Google and Amazon. He adds that without co-operation from these companies, governments cannot tackle cyber threats and terrorism. Mark explains that PA Consulting Group works with companies to manage their cyber security by implementing specifications, such as the National Standards Body’s PAS 555 Cyber security risk – Governance and management.
