PA Consulting firm creates 400 NI jobs

BBC News Online has reported on PA Consulting opening a digital development centre in Belfast. The centre will be developed over the next five years. 

The article reports that “one of the world's leading consultancy firms is to create 400 jobs in Belfast.” It goes on to explain that PA’s recruits will be specialists in software engineering, data analytics and security.

Anita Chandraker, head of innovation at PA, talked about why Belfast had been chosen for the expansion. She explained it was “because of its talent pool, universities and technology sector.”

The article reports that PA has already recruited about 40 people, including 25 digital specialists.
